I am prepared to PAY for real people with real skills who will serve me properly in pleasant surroundings! I am wealthy enough not to have to watch every single Swiss Franc/Euro/GBP of my disposable income and thus it is, if you like, one of my luxuries in life.

Agree with every word but you’re wrong about the sales for her book about her son. Shot. Self. Foot then too. It didn`t sell very well at all because there was such a backlash. Good.
